Is the free plan time-limited?

No. The free plan is permanent and lets you track up to 3 items, no credit card required.

How do reminders work?

For each item you set a lead time (e.g. 30 days before the warranty ends). A summary email is sent automatically to the organisation’s administrators.

Are my documents safe?

Yes. Data is isolated per organisation and hosted in Europe. Invoices and photos are stored in a private space, accessible only to your team.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, with downloadable invoices.

Can I invite my team?

Yes, from the Pro plan: invite members with roles (admin or member). The Business plan adds multi-site management.
